ASSIST industrial doors are manufactured from standard sandwich-panels. These doors may include windows and wicket-doors.
- opening height: 2 m to 8 m;
- opening width: 2 m to 7 m, for vertical lift design - up to 8 m;
- headroom height: minimum 150 mm;
- distances from the opening edge to the wall: minimum 130 mm;
- entrance area depth : leaf height plus 500 mm.
Track systems:
- standard lift;
- high lift;
- high lift, the drum is at the bottom position;
- vertical lift;
- low lift, the drum is at the front position;
- low lift, the drum is at the back position;
- standard inclined lift;
- high inclined lift высокий, the drum is at the bottom position;

Panel type:
- standard panels and/or full vision.
Panel structure:
- external surface: smooth, stucco;
- inside surface: stucco.
Panel colour:
- external surface - RAL 9003, 8014, 5005, 6005, 3005, 1000, 7004, 9006;
- inside surface - RAL 9003.
Equipment package:
- spring mechanism rated for 25,000 openings/closings;
- spring breakage safety device;
- grip handle;
- door closer (with door including wicket-doors);
- Omega-profiles (door width over 4500 mm);
- double roller carriers (when loading on one roller exceeds 35 kg).
Options:
- lock with an automatic latch;
- safety wire rope break device;
- two types of window (607х202 mm and 635х330 mm);
- wicket-door (in door leaves made from standard panels);
- hand-operated chain hoist;
- spring mechanism rated at 50, 75 or 100,000 opening/closings;
- anti-corrosion kit for operation in hostile environments;
- automation.
